I’d like to share some exciting news with you and ask for your support in spreading the word about our new ventures. I have spent the last two months burning the midnight oil to produce a collection of information that I believe will be valuable to people throughout North America and elsewhere.

Teaching Communication to Student Leaders
In Teaching Communications to Student Leaders, Kelly looks at improving students’ communication skills, by exploring the ways our thinking can get in the way of communicating with others.
Bashing Bullying
Children who can overcome bullying are well-positioned to navigate the Conflict Spiral as adults, preventing everyday conflict from spiraling out of control and ruining their lives and others’.
We anticipate releasing the following titles soon, many in collaboration with Dr. Ron Graham, and will keep you informed of when they will be available: Appreciating Employees, Your New Job, Satisfied Employees – Your Employees, and Stress-Free Entrepreneurship (and other myths). These new titles reflect an expansion of our seminar offerings to companies large and small.
I’m thrilled to be a part of the development of a new website intended to make people laugh, remember and just experience the great, not-so-great, and plain silly quotes of our time. About Me:
Dreams: I want people everywhere to live in peace, and I’m ready to help them.
Anecdote: I’ve been told I’m like a bird on the windowsill with a beautiful rainbow behind. But you know what most birds are doing on the windowsill.
Family: I have three grown kids; I love them more than anything, and they’ve taught me a LOT.
The Conflict Business: My first professional position was in child protection; conflict was everywhere. Between parents, within offices, in all forms of communication. It was a problem, and I wanted to do something about it.
I’m the right person for the job because: I’m highly intuitive; I can get through the symptoms of conflict to the personal motivations behind the acts.
My customers: Customer satisfaction is HUGE to me: I follow up on every assignment, and if I can’t satisfy you I’ll find someone who can!
I’m easy to work with because: I’m flexible; I communicate well; I’m fun! I have a killer sense of humor!
